Once we have received your order, we aim to pack and dispatch all in stock items within 48hrs.

All items that show they are available to order will be dispatched within 2-10 working days.

When we have allocated your order we will dispatch using the appropriate delivery method for your items.

We offer a flexible delivery service here at Eclectic17 and have different delivery methods depending on the items you purchase.

Monday to Sunday Delivery

All fragile mirrors, large glass fronted clocks, pictures, heavy items and furniture will be shipped on a 1 or 2 man delivery service depending on the item, upon delivery it will be taken into the downstairs room of your choice.

We work with an excellent furniture delivery specialist who are experts in delivering furniture, electricals and other fragile goods up and down the country on a daily basis.

Once your order leaves the Eclectic17 warehouse the logistics company will take it back to their hub to plan your delivery.
Once they have scheduled a day when they will next be in your area, you will receive a text and / or an email from the logistics company 2-3 days prior to your delivery to confirm a 3 hour time slot.
You will also receive a courtesy call up to 30 minutes prior to delivery.

We carefully check every item before it leaves the Eclectic17 warehouse to ensure the goods are in perfect condition. Upon receipt of your delivery, it is your responsibility to check the item carefully for any damages which could have been caused in transit.

If your item is damaged you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item and we will also require photographs showing the damage. Failure to follow these steps will void the return.

Any delivery's into central London will need prior arrangements and there will also be a £10 congestion charge on top of delivery cost.

We also offer a collection option for all in stock items.
Simply call us and place your order over the telephone and we will get your items ready for collection for the same day!
